343design is owned and operated by Todd Hiestand (you can read Todd’s blog here). Todd resides in the Philadelphia suburbs and has two wonderful kids and an amazing wife. As well as being a webdesigner, Todd serves as the Lead Pastor at a church called The Well in Feasterville, PA.
The network of 343design includes some highly talented coders and graphic designers.
The name “343design” (three-for-three design) finds its roots in Todd’s basketball career. Through high school and college he was essentially a three-point specialist. He had one job: Come off the bench and shoot threes. Then sit back down again.
Todd’s goal for each game was to go at least 3 for 3.
With the basketball dreams long gone, Todd has worked hard to create a company where he could become a new kind of specialist.
